I graduated from a Bachelor of Psychology in 2011 and a Master of Social Work in 2018. After working in the community mental health sector for almost ten years I opened Deep Speak in 2020 with the aim of building strong therapeutic relationships, so that people can feel supported to talk about what matters most.

My special interest is treating all types of trauma to reduce mental health symptoms using EMDR therapy.

Using my Masters in Social Work (Professional Qualifying), EMDR training, and other therapies I am able to address the needs of individuals in a compassionate, warm, non-judgemental and effective manner. I have worked as a Family Counsellor in a not-for-profit organisation for many years and also in private practice. I am flexible in my approach and work with a variety of clients.
I am a mother of two amazing young men. I enjoy hiking, walking Castle Hill, exploring our beautiful region and spending time with friends.

I have over 10 years of experience in administration. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science which makes me even more focused on providing amazing administration support to Deep Speak because I am helping people help people.
