We offer professional counselling to individuals, youth (ages 16 and up), and couples.
We will listen to you and work alongside you to help you optimize your mental health, discover your strengths and live your best life.
Our focus is to help you heal, feel energized, and become aware of your inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and creating an individual therapy experience best suited to you.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, you can recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic situations. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can stay with us after traumatic events. We can help you recognise and cope with these big feelings and guide you through ways to manage them.
Relationship counselling can be a good choice for couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional and communication connection. We aim to create a supportive, open, guided discussion, exploring issues and finding solutions to strengthen your bond.
We work with young people aged 16 years and older. Are you a young person going through a tough time and want someone to work through that with that is not going to share this stuff around? We have loads of experience working with youth.
We really enjoy helping anyone at any stage in their parenting journey cope with the various challenges that can be encountered. We can help people navigate through conception, pregnancy, birth and post partum and ongoing.

Using evidence based EMDR therapy, this treatment can reduce the distress and emotional pain stored with your trauma memories and improve your confidence and mental health. Sessions are $150 for 90 minutes and you can claim a Medicare rebate each session.
